"Maria" has been here at Devils Crown for going on 3 years, she came from a very well renowned Halter horse breeder and was shown up until she was 2, earning her ROM and qualifying for the World. She must have quit growing at 2, because her show career ended and she somehow ended up in a kill pen down south. Lucky for her, she was saved and I was able to purchase her shortly after she made her way to Montana. Maria is a total sweetheart and was very well started under saddle before I got her. With her bloodlines, she should be 16 plus hands, but she is 14.2! However, she is a gorgeous mare and good horses come in all sizes, so we dont care that shes little. She had her first foal in '21, a perfect Palomino stud colt. Then foaled a gorgeous Red Roan filly by Smooth Cool N Frosty in May 2022! We are retaining the filly and offering Maria for sale due to drought. She is bred to Ashwoods Classic Ice for an end of May 2023 baby.
