"Maggie" is yet another home raised mare, sired by Smooth Cool N Frosty and out of Shappas Silk, making her a full sister to A Cool Roan Mister (see Stallions page) and also to A Cool Roan With Chrome, who is a multiple European National Champion that we raised and sold to Austria as a yearling. Maggie is a survivor, her mother had placentitis and she was born almost a month early, but with some treatment in her early days, grew and flourished! She is now a solid 15.2 hands and just as pretty as you could make one. We broke her to ride as a 5 year old and she did awesome! We then put her in the broodmare band and her first foal was in '21. We sadly lost him at a couple days old, but he was spectacular and makes us excited for her future foals. Maggie had a spectacular Palomino stud colt in 2022 by Skip The Kissin, a Skipa Star grandson that we leased for the 2021 breeding season and a Sorrel stud colt by Ashwoods Classic Ice in 2023. She is rebred to him for 2024
