"Coal" is our newest addition to the Devils Crown lineup. Purchased in September of 2023 out of the loose horse pen at Billings Livestock! This young stallion has won over everyone he has met and has really blossomed under the guidance of his trainer. He was started under saddle as a coming 5 year old and has exceeded all expectations, he is so kind and takes everything in stride! In a short 90 days he went from halter broke and knowing nothing to being a gentle saddle horse, working cattle, dragging logs and starting to be roped off of. Plan is to keep him home for breeding season and then send him back for more training and potentially train him as a rope horse. This stunning black hunk stands 15 hands and weighs 1200lbs and is about as pretty and correct as you could make one. We are very excited to see what he sires! Coal will stand to a very limited amount of outside mares for his first breeding season in 2024. $1000, LFG. Negative culture and pre breeding ultrasound required prior to arrival.
